🤗 im a fan of methyl Bs and i like the addition of enzymax
So the 🥜 of methyl is..its pre broken down.. the reason thats an even bigger deal for mthfr is..This is a gene mutation that half the population has... half of them have 2 bad copies.. so its a lot of folks....years ago we watched some functional med docs who said you can get the testing ( i think 23 n me covers it too), Or.. you could assume you have at least 1 bad copy..And avoid synth folic ( its shoved in a lot of pkgd foods) and use methyl..So these folks can't break down synth folic acid.. not only that, it gets stuck in the receptor so then they cant absorb it from food..Since then we've used methyls...B right was the closest to superB from nature made.. for myself, ive found slightly higher doses a few times a week is best so i use that, then bump up dose 2 or 3 times a week with others...Its interesting that list serenity and relaxation🤔 thats kind of true.. Bs have a lot to do with mood as well as things like blood sugar..really all kinds of stuff..BUT they have a lot to do with energy levels..so its a bit odd to me they focused on that?....you really have to experiment with different doses of folate and 12 to find the right combo... you can, depending on your genes get over methylated, leaving you feel a bit hyper.. so balance is the key..On an empty stomach, you'll notice more energy, so you might wanna try both ways..I typically take in the am with the exception of pm after drinking if im out ofHangover pills ( they do work btw) ..as they contain Bs..I like the addition of enzymax.. digestive enzymes, which are natural substances needed by the body to help break down and digest food. It is used when the pancreas cannot make or does not release enough digestive enzymes into the gut to digest the food...I like the gmp, number on the bottle..Now it says made FOR maxi health in USA, doesnt say where.. so when they open, i will call and update..Page says made in USA, but ive found that doesnt always match up..Price is high end of avg..Ive been liking them..halfway through the bottle..🐈🐈🐈🐈1/2

Good quality, wide spectrum, & bioavailable form but could do without the fillers
The actual vitamins in this are good: they're everything I look for in a good B complex. They are the right form, not synthetic, include a wide spectrum of compounds, etc. However, three fillers and calcium carbonate? There are companies that offer the same vitamins without the fillers and carbonate and I'd go for those products over this. The capsule is cellulose but throwing in magnesium stearate, silicone dioxide, and microcrystalline cellulose is just unnecessary, and calcium carbonate inhibits absorption. If you're taking these for energy, don't expect much unless you know for a fact you are gravely deficient. While the vitamins in this are good quality, they will still come out in your urine and they do nothing for my energy, mood, or other issues regardless of their quality.

Contains digestive enzymes that upset my stomach
The B complex aspect of this supplement seems like the best available combination. It's great. The folate and B12 are the forms that people seem to prefer lately (although I just read that only folic acid works to prevent defects, so people who may become pregnant may need to add folic acid). Anyway, that part is great. The reason I'm giving three stars is that I've been sick for like three days now, even having hives yesterday morning (first time in my life I've ever had hives), and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what was going on. Eventually I faintly remembered seeing bromelain, lipase, etc., on the label for this supplement which I started a few days ago, right after I started the supplement. :/ It's been so bad I've had to take prescription anti-nausea medication. I've been miserable. The only times I've ever had side effects from other B complex supplements have been when I took them on an empty stomach and I got pretty bad niacin flush. I have IBS-D that's under control with medication. The nausea caused by this supplement may have been a result of the enzymes causing constipation. I even started adjusting my medication, lowering the dose, before I realized this was all caused by the enzymes in the supplement. I'm sure that's worth investigating at some point when I'm less stressed out, but it isn't what I signed up for. If you've tried using these enzymes before and they worked for you, this could be a great way to simplify your supplement routine, but it didn't work out for me.

Good for MTHFR, but need more methylfolate & methylcobalamin, 2 yrs 5 mos left on shelf life
Received: August 2021Best By: January 2024We take B vitamins due to the MTHFR mutation, plus severe celiac disease. I misread the dose on these, although I think I’ll keep using them in conjunction with our other methylfolate and methylcobalamin supplements. I really like that so many B vitamins are in this one pill, and I was hoping to lower our pill consumption to just this until it arrived and I read the dosage correctly. We take 15 mgs of methylfolate and 1 mg of methylcobalamin, which is what folks should take if the have the MTHFR mutation, according to our doctors. Otherwise, the multiple vitamins in one pill is really nice. I just hope they come out with a mega version for those of us who really need this supplement. As the parent of kiddos with autism, there are causes near and dear to my heart. Contains Methyletetrahydrofolic Acid; Superior Form
When looking at the ingredients of this B complex I was baffled by the form of folate called "Methyletetrahydrofolic". Up until now, I have always taken b complexes that have contained folic acid or folate but I've never heard of this incredibly long and hard to pronounce word. After doing a little research on doctor Google about it, I now see that this is actually even better than fallic acid because your body actually produces it naturally and it is a more natural and absorbable form. So thats good. I know there has been a lot of controversy when comparing the different forms of folate and folic acid so it gives me peace of mind knowing that this will actually be utilized and used by my body. One thing I can say that I have noticed about this B complex is that I don't pee out as bright of a yellow urine as I usually do with most of the other B complexes I have taken in the past. Perhaps this is due to my body actually utilizing these vitamins more thoroughly? I'm not sure.I will say that I definitely notice an energy increase while taking these. I don't seem to be getting as tired by the end of the day.
