After doing a some searching around I stumbled on the Ezviz camera system. I was initially looking at all the new wireless battery operated cameras due to cost and ease of installation. I came across this company by accident and researched further about it. Being a sister company to Hikvision I believed their cameras would be decent quality. I invested into a 4 camera system with an NVR and I have not regretted the decision. I have been adding cameras to the system since including this new C3N. This replaced one of the cameras in the rear of my house moreso for that spotlight feature. I got this camera on a sale and thought it was worth a try. I was surprised at how bright the actual light was and where the camera is situated, with the spot light is perfect in giving me the coverage in my yard. The motion detection and notification is always instant on my phone and I'm happy with the system. It's good value for money and definately worth it over all the battery operated smart camera systems I have researched about. Only fault I have which I think is the software side of things is that they removed the feature where I can activate the spot light on and off myself. I hope they do bring that feature back. Besides from that, I have no complaints. Will definately be adding further additions to my home system

Really good picture , I was surprised, much better than the bullet camera it replaced. Only annoyance is there is no email alert where it send you a snapshot capability and there’s no way I am paying for the cloud service.

Don't trust the negative reviews. People are either buying with unrealistic expectations or have technical issues with their internet connection.I'm using 2 C3N cameras, both do the job they are designed to.There are 2 versions of camera one is colored night vision(C3N) and the other is B&W night vision.Connecting a camera is simple and requires hardly 5 minutes. I'm using a mesh network wifi and never had a dropped moment or missed notification. Clarity is good for the price. App is intuitive and has a lag of hardly 3-4 secs which is ok considering the network coverage of mobile operators.In case memory card is not detected try resetting the camera. It will work. My suggestion is to insert the card before doing the initial setup. This way you can avoid resetting. No two way communication wrong marketing by Amazon, which now a days has become so common on Amazon. Only audio reception, you can hear what is going on around the camera. Audio reception is excellent. You can literally hear birds chirping too.Rest all the features work as advertised.128GB card should be sufficient since you can access only past 7 days.

These are great value cameras and spec the same as big brands for a fraction of the price. Previous versions lacked human detection and were sensitive to all movement these CN3 however work extremely well and over a good distance. Mine are connected to their NVR with 2tb HD for continuous recording thereby removing the need for cloud storage but I can still access remotely.

I have had this camera for 9 months.Nothing loads, always goes offline, I thought this may be a Wi-Fi error, so I have connected a lan cable, still all the same issues.I have set up my whole house with ezviz cameras, they work so badly I'll take them all down and replace them with a brand that works.Contacted ezviz and they have told me there's nothing wrong, could not be less helpful.It is under warranty, which they won't honor.Don't buy this rubbish
