These were exactly what I was looking for to dehydrate eggs. I use them in my Excalibur Dehydrator with my 14x14 inch trays beneath them. As expected these are super soft and flexible so I left the small grid sheets in place along with the dehydrator support trays for added stability and they work perfectly. I read some reviews that complain about the edge not being high enough, it is roughly 1/4" and if it were any higher I don't think there would be enough airflow between the racks to efficiently do the job. As it is I felt that the fit at the top rack was a little too close so I don't use a tray in that position when using the silicone trays. I also noted reviews mentioning that some areas pooled so that there were thicker areas of egg that took longer to dry and I did have this happen to some degree the first time, but in doing some research I found that this is usually due to the dehydrator not being perfectly level. I checked mine and it wasn't so I used cardboard under the dehydrator to adjust until it was and the next batch came out even. My chickens lay fairly large eggs and I found that each sheet held 6 beaten eggs with room to spare, but I wouldn't want to add more as it would increase drying time and I didn't want to risk making a mess in the dehydrator. The easiest way to fill was to pull the whole tray asembly most of the way out and pour onto the sheet at the dehydrator rather than try to carry liquid filled trays to the dehydrator. Removal of the eggs was extremely easy and cleanup is easier still.

I make fruit rolls in my dehydrator and before I purchased these I was wrapping my dehydrator racks in saran wrap and pouring my blended fruit onto that. These are SOOO much easier to use, much less plastic waste, and are super easy to clean. The higher walls on these also allow for a much thicker fruit roll. Excellent product.

I ordered these trays because I wanted to make apple leather from the bazillion apples I got this fall. I have an Excalibur dehydrator with nine trays. The trays fit perfectly. I only wish that I had ordered more so that I could fill all the trays at once (I ordered a set of six.). These worked perfectly for what I needed. They are so easy to fill and to clean.

It came and I was worried with how bendy the material was; but I actually really love it! Super easy to clean, easy to pop items off (even really sticky items), doesn't stain like some of the other items... this is a go to for dehydrating things for me!

I’m not quite sold on these, but they do work. They are thinner than I’d prefer, which makes them difficult to move if full and to clean. There was a slight chemical smell at first, but I washed them and let them hang for a few days before use and I don’t notice it anymore. I do wish they were a bit larger and the lip was a bit higher, but overall I’d give these a 7-8 on a scale of 10.

great for dehydrating liquis or fruit rolls ,every thing stays in tray,worth the money

I use these to make fruit leather and they work great, bit of a pain to clean being so floppy. But no reason to dink the product.

My Cosori toaster oven has a dehydrate function and these trays fit beautifully inside the oven. the mesh mats are great.

I made dehydrated eggs and made beef jerky. Work great and was easy to clean .

These are great. Super easy to clean. We make fruit snacks and they come off the trays so easily.

These trays made a great addition to our dehydrator. Good quality finish and perfect for making fruit leathers. Bought along with the pack of six, leaving us one tray short of filling our machine.

the edges on these ones are flimsy and do not hold liquad well, you cannot smoothe down sheet edges just flop. Other brands we use are much better

These are flexible, easy to clean and fit my machine perfectly.
