Great service and will be repurchasing the item through them due to there kind words and quick service!I got the XL for my two Dobermans’s. I started putting it together and could not get past the 3rd step because the cot was almost 2 inches too small for the frame. I was really excited about this product but I will now be returning and looking elsewhere.

Easy to put together and the puppies like it. Just hope it last for the camping trip

Wish I would have known about the instruction video here before I put this together. The instructions it comes with are terrible. Be sure to start with the non- velcro side!! Once together it is great! My dogs love it.

The caps on the bottom of the legs were busted, anyway I can get replacements, rubber would have been better than the cheap plastic ones. He’s only been on it for one night so far. I have no idea how well it will hold up until he uses for awhile. I gave it a 3 star for the busted caps, and it wasn’t so easy to put together.

My dogs loved this but putting it together was hell. The canopy could be better made material ripped at the bottom but it held together all summer and winter

I assembled this myself while my husband was out of town. It was very easy to do. My only complaint was about a week later one of the poles for the canopy snapped as pictured. I came home from work to it snapped so idk how it happened.

Would like to find something else in addition to this to provide more shade when in direct sun. Easy to assemble.

How on earth are you all pulling hard enough for the Velcro to stick?? I have pulled all the parts as close together as possible and there’s justNO WAY. Giving a 3 star because of that it’s ridiculous
