12/22/21 See above update: Consistency with product item - 1st 3 purchases great, last THREE were NOT the same item! Last three purchases 2 bags of unsightly, kinky knotted extensions. NOT even in the clip in ponytail category. There is a purchase underway. IF the product is like the originals purchased July/August 2021, then you've got a satisfied customer. Otherwise, there are MANY sellers delivering good merchandise some at lower prices; this isn't even human hair which was a preference/choice at the time. The order underway will determine future purchases. Thank you.

Oh no at first, but then...
When I opened the package, I found a tiny bag - about the size of a credit card. I thought, oh no, this could not be this hair. I was ready for disappointment. I opend the tiny tiny package and saw the pony tail. I shook it and fluffed it out and to my surprise it was beautiful! I wore it to work and got a lot of compliments with a few coming to my desk to ask where did I purchase it. I think I will will one more for back up.Pros:hair fluffed out nice and bushy. Love the claw instead of the combsCons:The company should rethink how products are packagedTips:Use a thick hair-like or regular scrunchie on your hair (ponytail). Then place the claw on it to make it look like the hair is coming out of the scrunchie.I will upload pic soon
