THE TOY HAS 3 MODES. In the heat mode the doll will provide warmth and relaxation to your child. Put the warmer under baby's feet, or give it to baby to hold. In the cold mode, the child can be toned up and invigorated in the summer heat. In the neutral (room-temperature) mode, the doll helps develop fine motor skills. It can be a hand puppet and sensory perception (the feel of the cherries pits in the cloth bag). How to warm: Remove the canvas bag containing the cherry pits from the buttoned section of the doll. Place bag in a 600 watt microwave for one minute. Do not heat more than 1 minute. Do not put the whole doll in the microwave. How to cool: Remove the canvas bag with cherry pits from the buttoned section of the doll. Place bag with cherry pits into a plastic bag.Place in freezer for 30-60 minutes. Reinsert into the doll and button the enclosure. How to wash: Before washing, remove the canvas bag containing the cherry pits. Do not wash the cherry pits.
