Used this before I put on my Latin ballroom shoes/ GREAT PRODUCT! - great protection !!

My wife has RA and as such is prone to feet issues, particularly blisters. This product works wonders and has made our vacations much more enjoyable as she doesn't get blisters anymore. I will say you need to apply in a well-ventilated area the fragrance is strong and more unpleasant than Aquanet

I tested this product with my chacos on an hour long walk. It was very cooling on my feet. One issue I had was that I couldn’t spray it on my feet without also getting it on the floor. So I would recommend spraying it outside. On my walk, I didn’t notice it at all (which is a good thing). After my shower later that day, I noticed when drying off that there was a white cast still left on my foot, meaning it didn’t fully wash off with soap and water. For that reason, I would prefer to use my usual anti-chafe stick instead. However, I can definitely see the utility in this if you were taking it out with you camping, hiking, traveling etc. bc the application is more convenient (and won’t melt on a warm day!). I just don’t prefer it for every day use.

The spray works as advertised. Buy it! You will not be disappointed. It is something like Teflon but for feet instead of cookware.
