Plates in stand is not fixed smoothly
Product is very good but the plates finishing are not good. The stand you provide for plates are very hard to insert the plates.i have to buy a new stand then only I use this

Dont buy
Poor quality metal.. and the centre rod was not even straight, it was slanting to the side, so none of the idly plates cud be kept in plane.. so it was totally useless.

Low quality stainless steel
It looks beautiful but quality of stainless steel is bad. After one use, it lid doesn't fit and The stove changes it's shape.
