I bought this for my 4 year old daughter and she loves it. It came with two booklets showing how to build all the designs on the box and marketing. It also separated the pieces needed for those designs into numbered packets so you could immediately find the parts you need. She has built them all now and started experimenting with her own designs. She especially likes the transparent pieces and says they're like "Elsa's ice magic" so there's that.

Wanted a lego set of just bricks for building but this set has tons of little tiny bits and not a lot of actual bricks, very disappointing. Also an absolute ton of unnecessary plastic packaging!

I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pack. There is a huge variety of bricks and unusual shapes, the sort you would normally find in themed sets not general creative. I usually find these boxes to be lacking in variety and quantity, but this one is worth getting. There is a good percentage of transparent parts, and still loads of solid colours. Gave to 6 year old to supplement her sets at grandparents house. She was over the moon and immediately set about creating a minecraft setting.Colours are modern and inviting as well. Very pleased with purchase.

Wonderful creative Lego. Lego has changed a lot since I was a child!!This comes in numbered packages and with a handy book. It also has a scan app to add to your phone or tablet to give visual electronic instructions.The little characters are super cute and gave our little one quite a challenge. They didn’t give up though!

It’s packaged in little bags with instructions to make little projects. Great fun. Classic Lego.*update* I have reduced this to 4 stars as we later found that some of the bags of Lego didn’t match the instructions. Not the end of the world, I know, as Lego is and open ended toy and you can make whatever with it. Just a little annoying as my daughter really wanted to follow the instructions but couldn’t. Still, Lego is Lego and a lot of fun. It all gets mixed up in the end anyways.

4 year old and 6 year old have played with this no end! Instructions were clear and easy to follow, some frustrations with the tiny pieces sticking together but that’s Lego. Great set, lots of variety, the unicorn and wizard were a bit hit!

My grandson couldn’t wait to get home from school & start creating with his colourful new box of Lego! It was worth every penny seeing him hard at “work” & enjoying himself.

My grandson loved this, especially because it had little tiny pieces like a cup, an animal plus the clear glass to add to his bigger set.
