確かに寝れますが、効いてくるまで時間がかかります。硬いからかなぁ？あと、長く効いていて朝起きてもまた寝てしまいます。午後も１時間以上寝てしまった。速攻で効いて翌朝にキレが良ければ、お値段的に嬉しいのですが。
