Cut well
Needed to punch a hole in an air compressor tank out from 5/8 to 3/4 NPT. Used a little oil and kept pressure moderately high and speed low, and this bit cut it well. Formed nice long chips and was finished in no time. Not sure how many cuts you can get from it, but thats largely dependent on user and material.

It’s very sharp it’s got the degrees of angle that are right for the job
Just finished using the drill bit works great

Trash
Immediately out of the box the drill bit when dull immediately I was drilling into the bottom of a keg which is very thin aluminum. I'm using it so I can make a oil burning stove I drilled pipe thread into it. It took me a matter of an hour to drill through it with the current bit as I was drilling I noticed while using WD-40 continuously as if it's a damn machine shop I had to continuously spray and it would cause the drill bit itself to micro weld how that is possible with aluminum and steel I do not know but I could see it getting red hot at even at low speeds and high speeds. If you're looking for a one-time-use bit that is going to give you a pain in the ass time this is the bit for you. Normally you pay for what you get kind of guy but this is ridiculous

Got the job done.
I only need this drill bit for one job, to drill out the anode rod in my hot water tank. It got the job done so I am happy with my purchase.

Very soft. Too soft for drilling ferrous metals.
Drill America, huh. They must sell screws too;) I suspect a hardening step was overlooked. I just needed to finish drill two odd size holes in mild steel for tapping and even pre-drilled the hole out to 7/8". I just had to go from 7/8" to 59/64. Easy. NOT. I've got one more hole to drill and I'm going to have to hack an inch off the end of this bit and manually resharpen it as my Drill Doctor doesn't go up that big. Then I'm going to throw it in the scrap can where it belongs. Yup. I paid next to nothing for it, but everything else I have 9/16" and up is cheapo too. at least the other ones will make a hole. I gave it two stars because I got it fast, it was an odd size and cheap.
