Thank you, WonderWhey for producing and maintaining such a pure product with no additional additives. The delivery was early and as promised. Moreover, I have numerous food sensitivities and allergies, so I appreciate the product's quality and purity most. After having used whey supplements for over three years, I was in search of a reliable provider who did not flirt with colors or additives. The quality of product is very good, easy to use in its raw form or when baked, mixes well with vigorous agitation in water or milk, and most importantly, digests easily!

I like to add it to my iced coffees. I was never a big coffee drinker growing up, but used caffeine to study in school. Problem was bitter tasting coffee was almost undrinkable so I added lots of milk, cream and sugar. To day thanks to Starbucks, Keurig, and designer coffees, many Americans have discovered the joys of drinking good coffee, now adding hazelnut, chocolate, vanilla and other flavorings. I make iced coffee with my Keurig machine, and because I don't need the extra carbs with my diet this protein powder being milk based, replaces the creamer and blends well with the coffee. I don't destroy the nutrients by adding it super hot, but stir it in after the coffee runs over the ice. It blends pretty well and since there is little or no taste, it's creamy without changing the flavorings. I add a little vanilla, and some sweetner, and I have a good low cal, high protein coffee drink.It is a bit on the expensive side, but given their description it would seem to be a very high quality product, and my use of it will last me a long time as well. As for the after effects, I didn't experience any, and as someone who has had three upper GI operations, a umbilical hernia, a lower GI and some other tests to check my digestive speed. Plus spending a week in the hospital last summer with 3 days in ICU because of internal bleeding, I'm sensitive to something the upsets my stomach. This had no problems what-so-ever after using it in 4 large cups of coffee, and one strawberry smoothie. I can't tell you the health benefits without a years supply, but I can say it doesn't upset my digestive system. Recommended if you need to up your protein intake. If your a vegan or vegetarian, I don't know if the product upsets those requirements, but I do know you need protein, I had to take Iron and eat lots of red meat to get my red blood platelets up after the hospital stay. Most vegetarians tend to be lower than normal there, so this might be a good fix.

The product is expired. That's why they marked the price down. Skanky move.

Must use shaker bottle to mix. It gets really foamy, tastes like I'm drinking nothing but head from a beer. Kinda tastes like I'm drinking a glass of milk. Not a bad protein, it's just way over priced for how little you get.

I’m a borderline vegan but found out that the plant-based protein powders I was using are extremely high in heavy metals. Whey is much cleaner and this whey is simply the best by far I’ve ever seen. It increases glutathione and is very creamy and easy to mix in smoothies. I also mix it with my pour over coffee and some Allmond milk for an iced coffee in the morning. Buy it, You’ll love it.

this is a clean and easy way to boost your protein intake. The whey is organic, non-GMO an d minimally treated. It has a slightly milky but fairly neutral flavor. It blends well with smoothies and is easy to digest. It is pricey for the limited number of servings.. It is popular these days tor corporations to capitalize on their charitable contributions. I however am unimpressed at being forced to subsidize a corporate entity's tax deduction/public relations . I prefer to donate to cause I chose. That being said, it is a nice quality product.

I have ordered this whey protein again, I like that it's creamy, flavorless and that it doesn't contain soy. I am adding to my review to say that I think it would be nice to be able to order this in an envelope, so I can refill my existing container, and to say again how great this protein powder is
