I bought this for my aunt for Xmas and she was very happy with it, she obviously lives Sophia Loren

It’s a beautifully done book！Sophia is always so soothing and pleasant to read! Reading the book can make you realize what is forever classic, and what has evolved. Appreciate Amazon still sells it！

The book is well written with the warmth of a person who loves to cook. Sharing memories throughout her lifetime Ms. Loren becomes just Sophia. With care, with devotion to detail, with the motivation of providing only the best of ingredients, culinary skill, and satisfaction for those she cares about the book is so much more than a cookbook...it is a journey with a lovely lady whose love of life reflects itself in her cooking. Surprisingly, some of the recipes originate at a time in her life when she could not buy whatever she wanted the results being renderings that every person can afford. The lesson for me was that anything...lowly or lofty...put together with love nourishes both body and soul.

This is for all fans of Sophia Loren who also love Italian cooking. I remember saving some of her recipes that were published years ago in a magazine, so was very pleased to find this book However, I'd love to get her first book, "In the Kitchen With Love" for which she received an award, but at £156.00 for a used copy, it's just too expensive. I do hope the publishers will re-issue it soon, as it was so well received.

Been wanting this book for ages. Loved Sophia Loren's 'Women and Beauty' and was amazed to find this book was on offer. Very rounded recipes accompanied by photographs and little anecdotes. A very pleasing tome to own.Delivery and packaging excellent. Very surprised and happy to have this book in my possession which I will always treasure.
