Cuisinart SPB-JAR4 40 oz. Round Jar

Fit perfectly. My blender is back to making magic. It works perfectly!

The first photo is the ORIGINAL Cuisinart Blender Jar (model number: CB600FP (TX) 120 v 60hz 600 w). My jar broke and I still had the motor base, which works fine, plus the mini food processor that goes with the set. I didn't want to get new blender, so I opted for the jar replacement. The next three photos are the REPLACEMENT jar. As you can see, the original has a square top; the replacement jar has a round top. Sooo, I cannot use the original black lid on the replacement jar. That said, I make do. I use a round snug-fitting plastic bowl to seal the top of the jar, run my blender and presto....a smoothie. All is all, this replacement jar DOES fit the original gasket, ring and plastic base, but, if you still have the original black lid, it won't fit the round jar. I haven't any problem with this new goofy system of "capping" my blender jar, but, if you want the original jar for the above listed model, try ebay.... (review by Mrs. Bassman)

My old round jar was cracked and needed to be replaced. I found the exact product at Amazon and made the purchase. My Cuisinart is over 25 years old and I found it easily. Thank you

This is a utilitarian replacement item so there is not much to say. It fits and replaced the broken one perfectly.

I bought this to replace the Cuisinart blender jar my toddler broke. It's a great replacement that fits into the blender base perfectly. The only problem is that the jar is wider than the original, and so the original lid does not fit. I've been using it with a towel or plate over the top. Annoying!
