InfinityLab InstantGo 10000 - 10000mAh Power Bank with Integrated Lightning Connector - White

My first review for this product would have been 0 stars. Got the product, great, feels like good quality despite being so light, plugged it in and it indicated it was charging, verified the wireless was working and it was, then I let it charge while I left for work for about 6 hours which should be ample time for it to charge. I come back home to test it again and the battery indicator wouldn’t work and it wouldn’t wireless charge, it would only charge via cable and it wouldn’t charge the bank itself with any of my plugs. After talking to customer service I ended up ordering a replacement through Amazon and this one works just fine. Only issue I have with this one is sometimes the battery indicator will randomly light up for some reason but it doesn’t seem to drain the battery at all, just seems a little weird. Wireless works totally fine on my iPhone SE 2022, fast charging is indeed fast and battery life is as expected for 10000mah. Not my biggest power bank by a long shot but a good one to throw in your car if you don’t want a birds nest of cables and only need to charge your phone occasionally to get you out of a pinch. As mentioned before the build quality feels good despite it feeling very light and hollow and I like the design on it. Also appreciative of the sustainability of the product and packaging. As far as value for the money, this certainly isn’t the most value of Mah per dollar but I would say it’s in the middle for value. Customer service is very helpful and friendly and responds in a timely manner, I had a very unusual and complicated problem and I was only in the CS chat for 1 hour total, which is not bad all things considered. Normal problems I would expect to take closer to 10-20 minutes.

This is a great product to have. I will buy a few more to have for back up power thru hurricane season.

Charges my iPhone quickly and saves me from losing photo opportunities when out and about. Wish I had this sooner

I purchased this item as a gift for my son who is on the road often. I thought that this would be a good product to have when his phone gets low on power; I then had a second thought, I need this item so that I can charge my phone when it gets a low battery. I researched and all of the experts said that this brand is the best brand. It works great. The first time I plugged it in I thought something shady happened. But I've been powering my phone very since. My phone was at 60% yesterday at the gym and I plugged in my power bank and by the time I finished my workout my phone was at full capacity. I was listening to video's from google and playing my playlist the whole time. I keep my power bank charged. just in case. I'm happy with the product. Oh, it is heavy. But that is to be expected. It feels like I am carrying another iPhone. But I'm okay with that.

Lightweight and charges fast

I received instruction for charging the charger, but what do I do with it? I'm sure I've missed something simple, but I have no idea how to use this to charge my Android. Anyone?

This product is great! Charges my 2 phones and still has power. It charges quicker than a wall outlet.
