You will.need a needle inflator to blow it up
By the time I had to go get a inflator adapter blew it up then tried in vain but wouldn't remove my watch back.It is a high end watch and water proof to 250 meters so this would work on ordinary watches I would think.

Was disappointed, it was good quality but came with no pin to blow it up with, for the price it should come with one , .

Faulty inflation valve
Complete and utter waste of money, came with no pin or instructions on how to inflate the ball. Bought an inflation pin and the ball would not inflate due to the valve being faulty. In the bin!

No pin to inflate the ball. It works fine anyway, to be honest, just more difficult to hold.
