This product is difficult to use in an independent bathtub, and can be used less 29.5 inches of bathtubs attached on the wall. If you want to use your laptop, make sure the bathtub is on the wall and it should be no more than 29.5 inches (750 mm) wide. If the bath tray is used without folding, it will be supported up to 7.7 lb. If the front part of the bath tray 4steps are folded and used in two layers, it is supported up to 8.8 lb. If you fold the front part of the bath tray 3steps and fold it up and used in three layers, you can support it up to 11 lb. Bath tray width is more important than weight for stable use. I needed a cover for a tub which is too deep for me to use w/my disability, and is open in the room separate from the shower. This was the only possibility I could find and it is perfect. I had to purchase two to cover the entire tub, but it did so completely then. It is very attractive and easy to wipe clean. It actually makes my bathroom look better, coordinates with the tile, than if having to look at the tub. Very quick delivery as well and of course can be used for a tray if the tub is ever used.

Perfect for what we needed
This is perfect as an extra place for items since we don't use the tub for bathing that can be easily reached.

This would have been a brilliant product except it’s a bit flimsy
This would have been a brilliant product except it’s a bit flimsy. I feel as though it’s going to collapse in the middle and my ipad is going to take a swim in the bath tub. It’s also just a bit too small (my tub is not oversized), but have to keep readjusting it as it slides off the edge. Had the manufacturer made this even just an inch wider it would have been perfect.

It's awesome and the color is lovely as well.I usually do half-bath, so I bought it because the water cooled quickly.The water will stay warm long enough, so I think that I wolud use it often.It is comfortable with books, cell phones, water, towels and arm rests when half bathing.Reading a book or touching your phone, and you can wipe your face when you sweat too much on your face with towel.It does not need much space if you fold it up, when I do not use it.
