Delicious, but mind the fiber content!
Taste-wise, these are the bomb! But, silly person that I am, I didn’t really read the nutrition label for all of the Max Mallow flavors. I assumed, erroneously, that they would be the same or very similar. The other flavors use standard (non-vegan) gelatin, but these are vegan, so the makers found a different way to make these delish and vegan at the same time. Great idea. BUT, some folks’ systems don’t handle large amounts of prebiotic fiber well (for example, people with diverticulosis), and the vegan Max Mallow vanilla contains 11 grams of fiber per serving vs. only 2 in the ones made with non-vegan gelatin. Will I keep eating them? Yes! But I will not be eating more than one serving in a day, to avoid some unpleasant gut reactions. For the record, the other flavors with 2 grams of fiber gave me no such discomfort.

Marshmallow or mess?
These are the only sugar-free and vegan marshmallows I could find on the market, and to be completely honest, they're pretty disappointing. They taste pretty strongly of pea protein, which I am not a fan of. They're also really sticky. If you're looking for a gooey little snack packed with fiber then maybe give these a try, but other than that I wouldn't recommend.

A tasty marshmallow substitute
I bought these because my in-laws wanted to do a bonfire and s’mores and such, and I still wanted to participate even though I’ve cut out most sweets from my diet for health reasons. These taste like marshmallows and they roast up over a fire so nicely. They are DENSE and borderline hard if eaten plain, though. They’re better when you get them soft and melts over a fire or drop them in your coffee as sweetener. I imagine you could hurt your teeth just trying to chomp through one if you’re not careful, though.

Vegan has carrageenan
I got these thinking I had ordered the regular vanilla but these were the vegan ones. I am not against vegan, but these contain carrageenan. This is why there are reviews of people having gut issues. It's not the fiber. It's not the prebiotics. It's the carrageenan. Because of this ingredient I could not eat these. I had to make marshmallows from scratch (I have a recipe using xylitol or allulose and grass-fed gelatin). A pain but at least no carrageenan.

Pretty bad and worse service
I probably wouldn’t have bothered with a bad review. They are about what you’d expect from an attempt to replace 100% sugar with a bunch of other material. Would have let it go but when you add that they arrived about three weeks late and after the holiday I needed them for and they were left in the rain for several days with no delivery notification, it’s just too much. They wouldn’t return or replace the soggy mess, so I’m saying $25 for crappy food and a refusal to do anything at all about the worst service I’ve ever had on Amazon earns them this review.

They are very tasty
The packaging says 4.5 servings per container, a serving is 2, but in the 4 packages I have purchased, there is only 6 mallows in the package, so they are advertising 9 mallows per package, which is WRONG!

Delicious
Very good tasting in place of the real thing...better for you. Give them a try...worth it!

Pleasantly surprised!
These were very good. I was pleasantly surprised because I was worried due to there not being more reviews. It does not taste exactly like a sugar-filled marshmallow, but the texture and flavor is almost indistinguishable when used in hot chocolate.
