This product is really good and it works like magic for weightloss. But not when you overeat. Eat moderately and it will work for you.

I didn't really take it like it says so maybe it does work -- i don't know -- i didn't feel any different or lose any weight. but i have always heard this is good stuff.

If you take the nighttime formula 3 hours after your last meal, right before falling asleep with a glass of water, then drink 8 glasses of water each day, you will lose weight. People who don’t lose are not following instructions.

Wow, money well spent. Within a day my knees felt better and my skin firmed up visibly. Love it!
