Best 6 x 9 speakers I’ve ever owned DS18 has never left me disappointed! The build quality is fantastic! I’m building a custom 1997 Chevy Silverado and they sound amazing but before purchasing the speakers, make sure you pay attention to the depth that is needed for the speakers, but that’s more so an issue with the vehicle that they’re going in in any application. They’re going to sound amazing. Look amazing. I want to be ordering a set from my 76 Bonneville next!

I bought these with the mesh metal grill. I received the plastic sport grill so I sent them back... Then it appeared that my replacement was also a plastic sport grill so I called, messaged and emailed to try to straighten this out and got no response from ds18 so I gave up and cancelled... Then several days later they sent me a generic message "let us know if your experience was less than perfection"... Yeah... First and last purchase from ds18

Not sure they are more powerful than my last set.Bought the DS18 amp as well, but have found massive interference with the amp, had 3 compact marine amps so far and all have one issue after another.

I have these in the lids of my motorcycle bags and they sound very good. They play loud and have pretty good bass. The best part is the marine rating. They've been rained on many times and still play perfectly. Great speaker for such a small amount of money .
