It's very discreet.I gave this 4 stars because the design could be ergonomically improved for pouring hot tea from the steeping vessel into the drinking cup.Plus, I have to slightly shift the porcelain lid to prevent pouring some tea leaves into the cup.Aside from that, I've made tea at work and it's a great gift for a tea enthusiast.

Firstly, the set looks good. The tea strained perfectly and the.pour was good. I only wish there were two sizes - this size and one smaller. .

This is a wonderful product, however I wish some small flaws were addressed. While I understand that there's no mesh strainer, I wish there wasn't so much particulate that goes threw the pouring. This of course could be fixed with a thicker, longer leaves but it is a issue. Being that it's porcelain, it truly is an amazing product.
