…because you will eat them all in a flash. Have never found a good shortbread cookie since I left Scotland. But these qualify. A friend gifted me with some of all their flavors. This flavor is my fave. The cookies are quite firm but have that delightful melty mouth feel once you take a bite. I knew better than to order more than 2 bags at a time. Hard to find? Yes. Pricey? Yes. Too few cookies in the bag? Yes. I don’t care. Yum.

All broken when arrived!

For the price paid I felt there should have been more cookies. In my opinion the flavor could have been stronger. The overall cookie was crumbly, but tasted good. It just needs more flavor.

However, the cost was such that I would not order them again.

So this is my second time ordering these Matcha Cookies. The first time I must have gotten an old batch and this time around, I got what I assume is a fresher batch because the cookies are smaller. My first pack of cookies all arrived broken, but they tasted so good I didn't mind and reordered anyway. This time around none of my cookies were broken, but I realized the box was smaller and so were the cookies inside, which is extremely disappointing. You can see from my image that the cookies are about the size of an Airpods Pro case, which is ridiculously small. I ordered a different flavor to see if I could still get an old box with the bigger cookies, but if I still receive a new box, I can't justify ordering these anymore.
