This sugar bowl is perfect with the set if you use loose sugar, packets of sugar do not fit into the opening.

Not for high humidity
I didn't want a bowl with a spoon opening due to high humidity in my area. The picture didn't show one, but the bowl definitely has one and it was more trouble than it was worth to return it. Bowl itself is lovely, but that opening is a real problem.
