Premium Water pump seal set compatible with bestway lay z spa airjet and hydrojet models (Type B)

Like many with a Lay-z-Spa tub, we found that a few days after the warranty expired (how on earth do they build in obsolescence pretty much to the day?), we had the dreaded water flow error. Filter changes and flushes didn't work so it was time to replace the impellor. I heard that some of the cheaper ones off eBay can fail within weeks so got this one which was recommended as high quality. Nice easy install later and our pump is working again and quieter than when we first bought it.Highly recommended, even if your pump still works, replace the impellor if your neighbours are complaining about the pump noise. Ours is near silent now.

This was a part I was hesitant to purchase from here as not many reviews but this really is exactly what was needed and worked perfectly as a perfect replacement part for my spa pump fixed the leak i was dealing with!!

Large pump o-ring was my main reason for purchase. Main pump o-ring was a good fit and fat making a good seal but pump end o-rings a bit fat for my hydrojet pro the diameter was correct but I couldn’t get them onto the hose without them dislodging. No matter as I just needed the larger o-ring. The impeller seemed well made and I swapped that as well but in my case it was not really required.

Amazing had the error 02, tried new filters rubber washers and all the troubleshooting steps to no avail.Removed the impeller from the filter pump to find the shaft snapped seized impeller and rusted through. See picture of the old one attached. Fitted a replacement impeller and seals worked a treat. I would recommend

I tried to spin up the Lay Z Spa this week, and I was presented with an E02 error. A quick look on Google led me to this product. It wasn't difficult to fit, and now the pump is back up and running, and very quietly.Much better than replacing the pump or spa. Good quality and better than the original.

If you are getting an 02 fault. Then you have probably already been to youtube looking for solutions. There is a guide saying three reasons 1. flow sensor 2.scaled up heater 3.broken impeller. However there are a couple more reasons. Blocked filter and also the reason for my spar was a loose bottom inlet pipe on the spar to the pump. This draws in air and causes an air lock that is then pushed through the heater. I thought it was pump impeller as the pump sounded like it was slowing down and speeding up. So rather than take it apart and then wait for a new impeller. I ordered one ahead of time. It was worth while even though the issue was loose connection to the spar. As the old pump impeller rubbers were worn. I checked over the old impeller for damage. But it was in good condition. I put the old impeller in with new rubber ends . Because I have a concern regarding the new one being made from metal. The old one is made of plastic ,even the washers. I wonder it the reason is to stop it corroding in the chlorine rich environment. So my suggestion is to check hose connections if you have just put it all back together ready for the summer

It's only the gaskets not what I needed need the whole thing like the picture shows!

First the magnetic pump impeller didn't actually work with my unit I did use it to replace the existing shaft the so-called stainless shaft has rusted in less than 2 months leaving the pump not operational again.
