Definitely necessary to order 2 or three sizes up. Im 5’6,145lbs, 36C. Im usually a medium, but after reading reviews I decided to order a Large. It was still snug but i works for me. After a couple washed though I could have gone up another size.

Bought for my daughter (size 4 - small/medium ) ordered a Large as this is Asian cut. Fit perfect and she really liked it.

Fitted somewhat small and the color is not exactly white, more of a yellowish tinted cream.
