Great Quality and Enough Space
I bought this backpack in pink color as a present to my girlfriend. She loved it! The color is exactly as it looks on the images and it's space is enough to carry all her stuff needed at job such as her lunch, cosmetics and some extra space so she can take what she needs at any time. I think her laptop is a little big for the space designed for the laptop since hers is 15.6" and the backpack fits perfectly 14", however it gets in easily and does not move or have suffered any damage on this 4 months she has been using it.

Nice fit against my back; professional look
This is a great bag! I had to keep a full bottle of water in one of the side pockets for a week to stretch the material a little. The side pockets are pretty snug. I could not put a bottle on each side. I do like the organization of the front and back compartments, and I am able to cinch up the straps enough for the bag to fit tight against my back so I don't get a backache. I have been complimented on this bag because of how it looks, too. It is a very pretty red and has a crisp, professional look.
