Worth the small price
Family loved them. Me, not so much but that's probably due to my frame. I'm 6'6" and we bought these for a 5 hour red eye. I don't fit in coach anyway and this pillow was awkward due to my head above the seat. BUT... the two notches on each side of the neck work great. The fabric made me sweat but not anyone else. To clarify, it's probably not the fabric but the plastic behind it causing the issue. Last fiber I checked, plastic balloons are not permeable. I was basically a dumpster fire the whole flight. Only real issue is the inflation. Wait until you are at altitude to fill them up. If not, potential of bursting on the way up. Do I recommend buying? Absolutely. They inflate fast, deflate even faster and roll up nice into it's own pouch. The eye cover and ear plugs it comes with, I could care less about those. Loses one star just for the fabric and plastic construction, it can't dissipate heat like micro bead pillows.

Surprisingly good quality for a bargain price
A good travel pillow is inflatable, so you don't have to lug around yet another bulky object as airlines continue to find ways to turn "airfare" into a synonym for "bait-and-switch".A *great* travel pillow is cheap enough that if you forget it, or it gets dirty, or you use it to "educate" the parents of that kid who plays his game console with the volume turned ALL THE WAY UP, and no clue what that jack that says "HEADPHONES" is for, and don't feel like wearing it again.I've worn this one on several flights now and it avoids the cramps I used to get in my neck even if I wasn't trying to sleep. Comfortable, and easy to inflate (once I figured out that the little plug has two pieces, so you can quickly deflate it at the end of a flight and stuff it into the little bag.The sleep mask is bare-bones - again, it's cheap enough that if you lose it you won't shed any tears. It doesn't block out every bit of light, but it does communicate the essential "No, I really don't want to talk to you" message clearly enough. The drawsting bag is actually a really good thing: When I get on a plane, I stuff all the things I might need (earphones, some candies, cellphone) so they stay in one place and I won't forget them, and won't have them in contact with whatever fun surprises are inside the seat pocket (used gum, etc)The earplugs were okay, but I am very picky and prefer a specific type. But I keep them in the stuff sack in case of a screaming-toddler emergency.

This was a good deal for the price
This was a good deal for the price, however it was a little difficult to blow up. I'm not sure if we were doing it incorrectly, but there are two valves, one that accepts a lot of air and one that accepts less to "top it off". On one of our two purchased pillows, the "top it off" valve didn't seem to work and ended up coming out, which made it harder to blow up. In the end, we still enjoyed and were able to use both pillows. The neck supports are great, and the soft finish is awesome. Such a great deal compared to others in stores, especially with the eye mask and ear plugs.

GREAT Product for a GREAT Price
Loved, loved, loved this travel pillow! Recently used it on flight to and from Europe. Had originally bought a much pricier, non-inflatable bean-bag style one locally, shopping like Goldilocks until I found the one that was just right. My husband bought this set of two mainly by price and that it would be good enough to get the job done. Well, Goldilocks ended up returning hers, because these were more than good enough. They were excellent! The covering was a comfortable material, not plast-icky. I could adjust the firmness by controlling the amount of air in it. With less air I could lean back and displace the air to have it flatter behind my neck and fuller on the sides to keep my head from flopping over without pushing my head and neck forward. I thought it was easy to fill. It has a double plug; there's a smaller plug that you have to pinch to blow or expel air through that sits inside a larger plug that can be used to rapidly fill or deflate. I would pop out the large plug to put in most of the air I wanted, seal it, then use the smaller plug to fine tune. Easy-peasy. I liked that I it was deflate-able and I didn't have to carry a pillow attached to the handle of my carry on luggage. It folds down to a tiny package and comes with it's own little bag, ear plugs and eye mask. All fit easily in my purse (important, because my husband's pillow had to fit in my purse also :) GREAT product!

Needs improvement will do in a pinch.
The outer soft covering is fine/comfortable enough. Could be nicer with a thicker material. The inner air bladder has not remained inflated, i think there is a small air leak somewhere on the bladder itself or at the valve. The valve is the biggest weakness of the product. It is not comfortable in your mout while inflating, the oneway valve doesn’t really work all that well, and it is so rigid that it is difficult to tuck away inside the bladder to make a smooth pillow form.As a note to the manufacturer, I would stop sending the unit with the cheap freebies (face mask, earplugs, and travel case) and put that money toward primay product improvements. You can make the outer “pillow case” dual purpose travel case.
