Love it, can't make my smoothies without it
I have a fruit smoothie almost every day. I'm about to make one now! This adds just the flavor I want in my fruit smoothies and--not to be overlooked--it's the ingredient that makes the smoothie "smooth" IMHO. I've been buying it for years. Highly recommended.

Tastes fine in my breakfast oatmeal
I was a little worried that a full tablespoon on a small bowl of oatmeal would taste nasty, but I don't taste anything at all. I add ground flax and chia seeds as well, with a bit of almond milk and maple syrup... tastes fine! Not sure about how it will affect cholesterol levels yet.

Best Ever!
Lewis Labs produces the best lecithin on the market! It is delicious and I top my cereal with it every morning. Without it, my breakfast tastes flat! I originally started using it about twenty years ago as a means of lowering my husband's cholesterol count and when it worked, I added it to my own diet. Now we both have excellent cholesterol levels! I would recommend it to everyone.
