It works
I am so pleased with this product. Although the color they have on website is brown, I got the lime green. I would prefer the brown to match my bathroom color decour, instead of the lime green, but it was still working. First time I bathe my puppy without the tether, it was struggle. I couldn't wait to get this tether by the time I give my puppy her second bathe. Shipping was quick so by the time she is ready for her second bath, I received the tether. What a difference! It was more enjoyable to give my puppy bath because she cannot run away, lol. This tether works great. I just wish I received the brown one instead of the lime green. I read from other reviews they also got the lime green. Seller should let the buyer know they are sending lime green and not what they advertise. It is important because I prefer to match stuff I put in my bathroom to match my color decour. Lime green just doesn't compliment my bath color motif. I thought I was ordering the brown color which will look better for my bathroom because I just left the tether attached to my bath tub instead of removing and put it back every time my puppy gets a bath.

Makes for hands free bathing
My German Shepherd needs to be bathed every week because of skin allergies and the shampoo must sit on her for 10-15 minutes, so she would sometimes get antsy during bath time and before I bought the tethers I had to keep pulling her closer or keep making her stand. The tethers were a good solution because now I can use both hands to bathe her and not worry about holding her still. Each pack comes with 2 adjustable tethers with suction cups. I bought 2 packs, so I use 2 tethers that clip to the collar and attach to each side of the tub and the other 2 attach to each side of the tub and connect under her belly to keep her standing while I shampoo her, which may not be what they were intended for but it works for me.The only downfall is that if the surface of the tub is not clean and dry, the suction cups can sometimes slide off or not stay on. Other than that, these tethers were a great help! They are REALLY strong suction cups!

Pretty decent
These make bathing easier...somewhat. I have a four month old puppy who wiggles and squirms, so these at least keep her in the tub and sort of contained. You do have to follow the directions though, and actually clean the tile you're attaching the suction cup onto. I didn't do that the first time and my puppy popped one loose easily. I haven't had any problems with them popping loose if I make sure to clean the tile first. (Just a wipe down with vinegar to cut the soap scum seems to work fine.)

These are great
My old German Shorthair LOVED the bath--she'd jump in each week and just WALLER in the tub. However, the new German Shorthair did NOT get the memo about how she was supposed to be a water dog too and every bath is given under duress, and since she is training to be a Therapy Dog she gets frequent baths because Therapy Dogs are supposed to be clean when they visit. I bought these tethers several months ago and I have been very pleased with them. I have attached them to either side of the interior of our big whirlpool bathtub (which is mainly used for bathing the dog. ) they have adhered nicely to the sides of the fiberglass tub and the tethers are adjustable so that you can shorten or lengthen them. I use a special cloth collar when bathing the dog since I know it is going to get wet. I just attach the clips from the tethers to the ring in her collar and it keeps her reasonable secure. She's a strong dog and I wouldn't walk off and leave her attached and unsupervised because I think with some tugging she could make the suction cups travel up the side of the tub to the point that they'd break suction. However, they provide me with enough assistance that I can get the dog shampooed and rinsed without getting totally soaked in the process. I recommend these as a simple to use but effective bathing tool.

Really useful for washing the dog
Really useful for washing the dog, if it works. I imagine it was meant to be used on a regular bathtub (white porcelain-type), but I tried to use it in two different tiled shower and it completely wouldn't stick in one but did work in the other. In the shower that it did work in, it did slip a few times while I was washing the dog. It will not stick if it's a bit wet underneath, so if it slips during mid-shower, you'll have to wipe down the suction and the tile you're trying to attach it to and try again. Overall, works okay, but if you plan on using it in a tile shower, you should probably consider a different product with a better suction cup.

This product is a winner!
I have three dogs, 20, 45, and 90 lbs. Usually it takes both my husband and I to get them in the tub and keep them in there while shampooing. Clipping claws is always a huge ordeal as well- always 2 person job. However, hubby is off doing military stuff right now, and our crew was starting to get really doggy smelling and claw-y. It was time to woman up and do something about it. So I ordered these.WOW. They work like a charm. They're fluorescent green (so a different color than pictured), but the hardest part of the procedure was extricating the smallest dog from underneath the bed. (If there's a device to deal with that, please let me know!) The bathroom and I were able to stay reasonably dry, AND I got the claws clipped while still in the tub. There were some complaints, but my house, my opposable thumbs, my rules. The suction cups held up well, even with our 90 pound collie mix. Being able to stand up, let go of him, and use the shower head to rinse him off was much quicker, easier, and more effective than my usual frantic splashing and dousing him with a pitcher of water to try to get all the soap off. I am very happy with my purchase.

Works great. Keeps dog in place.
I like the quality of the product. And it's a good price. Easy to use and doesn't bother the dog.
