Love Vidalia! 2 of 3 made it, 1 was totally smashed and thrown away.

This relish is very good. I do not think they taste like bread and butter pickles, but it is delicious. Two jars came individually wrapped in bubble wrap, the third did not. They were all shipped in the same box. None were broken, and none leaked, but I do think the jar not in bubble wrap should have been. This will be used in salads, as a side dish, spread on burgers and sandwiches, even served in vegetables.
