The book is very bright and otherwise nice but the quality of Ukrainian is approaching Google translator, sadly... Given that the book is supposed to be bilingual, the review mark is rather a 'poor'...

The Ukrainian translations look like they are from Google translate and don't make sense.

While it is a cute book and a great concept, the translation is not perfect- there are some grammatical errors in the Ukrainian translation. It is certainly something that I can fix while reading to my child (and at 4 months, she wouldn't know the difference), but once she is able to read, this would become a problem.

As a Ukrainian, I got this for my American spouse to help learn Ukrainian while looking at the English translation. However, the translation is not the exact same. It’s similar but not the same.
