Perfect!

Great for backpacking
I bought these as I recently bought a home freeze drier and wanted an easy way to reconstitute meals while backpacking. ( much like the mountain house meals) These worked perfectly were easy to clean, just turned them inside out and wiped clean. They were great with boiling water even left the filled and sealed bag in the boiling water to help keep the food warm while it reconstituted. These bags turned out to be exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent bargain!
These are so well made and so sturdy! I love them, and they are way cheaper than the name brand. Perfect for taking snacks to work, meal prep, packing lunches, etc. Great bargain!

Great for storage- but hard for kids to open
These are really great - but very difficult for the kids to open- as far as using for school. I will use them - but maybe only for storage- will need to look for a more kid friendly bag :)

Easy to use, wash like a dream, perfect!
I love these storage bags. I buy large pieces of fish that I cut into smaller pieces when I get home, and before I found these, I was using freezer baggies, washing them out between uses--a stinky process I wouldn't wish on even a Republican (well, maybe on a Republican). These are perfect. The sliding closure works well, and everything washes like a dream in the dishwasher. Until I go vegan and give up the fish, these will stay in the front of my cupboard.

I like them very much
I like them very much. They allow me to reduce my carbon footprint. I have no trouble closing them, as I run the hard plastic closing bar along the ridge on the bag.
