Highly priced. Exactly same quality and specifications is available in market at much lower price.

Not expected from this company
I have purchased a lot of acoustic foam from MMT and I expected this product to be similar it terms of quality but that wasn't the case. For one the door seal is bent/dented in a few places and the rubber seal looks like it's been used before as it has scratches and marks on it.I might file for a refund if I can't diy it to be straight so that I can put it on my door.

Disappointing, not value for money. Expensive.
Its very small flap. Can cover less than an inch of gap. Though screw provided were perfect. Of u need to cover morecthan an inch, its useless. It was supposed to keep rats awat and smoke. Smoke cud still come, so did rats. Infact rats bit holes in rubber flap on both sides and made their way.

Product works
The product could have been thicker as the photo shows. Customers ( DIY types) do not look at the sizes mentioned but trust the photos more.

Awesome Product
Ease to fix and working well. Packing of product is also awesome. I used on bathroom door for stopping water coming out from below the door. This was an easy n quick fix of my problem. Quality is good. It come with screws also and take only 5minute to fix
