Very Satisfied!
I just got my shipment today and I have already filled some of my tubes. These tubes are outstanding compared to what I was using before. I love that they are BPA free and food grade. That makes me HAPPY!! The caps fit snugly on top so they wont fall off in your pocket. The tubes themselves are a good shape and size and should fit my chapstick labels nicely. Would recommend for sure and I will definitely be buying more of them! Plus, it was great getting an email from the Keepie Factory with contact information should I have any issues. An update to a previous review: I still think that these chapstick tubes are fantastic! I have bought multiple bags in both the white and the clear, have never had any missing pieces or any issues with the quality. Ella, a company co-founder, has been so nice. Every time I order, I get a thank you email, that may automatically fire, but feels like it was written just to me. I recently had a question. Ella responded quickly, thanked me up and down for supporting their company, and gave me more and more reasons to keep giving them my business. You don't find personal customer service anymore. I almost feel like I've made a new friend!! That kind of personal attention is what keeps people coming back! I recognize not only the quality of the product, but also the quality of the company and the people in it! Thanks Ella!

Study, well-designed, proper tubes with caps
Look, you just want containers to put lip balm in, right? Well, these are sturdy. There were 50 tubes and 50 caps. All of the caps fit tightly and none of the tubes or lids cracked when I filled them and capped them. The balm pushes up like it's supposed to. All in all, if you want lip balm tubes to fill with homemade lip balm, these are a fine purchase.I also personally appreciated that the tubes were not capped when they arrived. In previous purchases of tubes, I'd had to go through and uncap all of the tubes before using them, which was a pain. In addition, the caps are in a separate small bag so I didn't have to fish around and find them among the tubes. Great design and ease of use!

Great Lip Balm Containers and no BPA
These are great lip balm containers. I love that they are BPA free. I made a dozen lip balms yesterday and they work great. They were easy to fill. I would also say that this company gives great customer service. They emailed me after I made the purchase but before I made the lip balm. They gave me a very good tip which is to freeze a spoon for at least 30 minutes. Then dip the spoon in the liquid lip balm to make sure you are satisfied with the consistency and texture of the product. You'll know if it's just right. It worked great. I got the feeling it is very important to them that you are satisfied. I am satisfied and will buy these again.

No Leaks, Easy to Fill! (UPDATED With Filling Tip!)
I'm so thrilled with these little tubes! I've been thinking about doing a lip balm suitable for a tube for a while. I collected all the ingredients, but never bought tubes. A couple days ago, I decided to purchase these based on other reviews and the description.I love that these are the safest plastic around. BPA-Free is important to me, since I would use these with essential oils that could cause the chemical to leech into my product. I have no worries now. As you can see, I made several tubes from one simple batch, and I'm more than happy with the results.I used equal parts coconut oil, beeswax, and cocoa butter. I melted them together in a measuring cup, though I would suggest using something smaller. I lost quite a bit of product doing it that way, but that's not anything to do with the tubes. I added some frankincense and rose for a spicy scent, but you could leave out essential oils or use what you likeThese stood on the cool portion of my stove while I made my blend, and while I wasn't being rowdy, they didn't tip easily. I tried to use a funnel, but it wound up being just one more thing to juggle. I found it easy enough to just pour from the cup's spout straight into the little tubes. I only spilled once, and that was because I jiggled the measuring cup to try and get more product out. When you're working with viscous oils like what lip balms are made of, pouring it into the top is easier for me, unlike if it were water, which I would have all over my kitchen. (UPDATE: A friend tells me that when filling tubes like this, she has a trick. She puts 7-9 tubes together in a rubber band, creating a group that is wider than it is tall, and far more sturdy than setting up the individual tubes. I was picking mine up to fill each of them, and this way they can be left upright on your counter or wherever. It's faster when filling several tubes, and since I don't have to put down one tube to pick up the other, I lose less product to cooling. Yes, you can re-heat, but that can harm any essential oils so I try not to.)These did not leak at all while I was filling them. Anything you see on my stove is because it needs a good steam cleaning, not because the tubes leaked. I'm excited to be able to ship these as gifts and not worry about them leaking all over if they melt. I'll pack them in baggies, because life happens, but I'm feeling pretty good about the idea.Once my product cooled for a couple of hours, the tube worked to push it up, just like it's supposed to. Please don't try this before it has cooled. It's a bad idea, I promise. I forgot to take pics of that mess, but let's say I know which tube I'll be using for personal use and not a gift:)The next time I need lip balm tubes, I know where to look! And by the way, I am not affiliated with Keepie in any way, nor was I offered a discount or compensation for my review. I love these, and hope my review helps you find the tubes that work best for your project. The opinions, thoughts, and ideas in this review are mine, for better or worse.
