This is just not designed correctly. There should be an inset where the derailleur bolts in so the lits of its movement are the same relative to the gears. This pushes the derailleur out more. ALSO the spot that contacts the b-limit screw is backwards. ALSO ALSO, the extrusions that hug the derailleur hanger are too closely spaced. Just complete trash, which is where mine ended up.

With my derailleur adjusted all the way in it still won’t work because of how much offset this adds. With so many properly aligned extensions on the market this junk part should not even be posted for sale as it is better off in the trash than on any bike.

So it attaches to the bike, the derrailuere attaches to it. From that point onward it less usefull. I could not get the derrailuere to work with a 30t cassette, which is not all that big of a cassette. It worked fine through all the gears except the biggest one, which it drove the pulleys into the largest cog on the cassette rather than climb up on top of.I switched it for one of the cheapy aluminum road ones from china and all the sudden the whole system is flawless. Sad that this swishti one really failed so spectacularly to do its job.

The extender Is not offset. Pushes derailleur out and doesn't accomplish the task.

Do not purchase. Find one that is offset.
