I would recommend Charlie Cowan's "How To Sell Tech" to any SDR aspiring to be high performing AEBut its NOT a book about a new methodology or prospecting tactics or reinventing the wheelInstead, its everything about Sales that you need to know but never thought to ask. Such as:- What are the stages of a *buying* process (not a selling process)- What OpEx and CapEx means and why to care- What an RFP is and how to know whether its worth working on- How to lose well and increase chances of boomerang dealsand a thousand things other you didn't know you needed to knowIf you are an SDR trying to prove to a sceptical Hiring Manager you are ready to be an AE - this will fill in the blanks

Good for new sales staff
Good book for general sales, not suitable for someone that's over 1 year in a B2B sales position, very generic, nothing specific to tech however, had I had this book when I started in sales I would have greatly benefited
