Wow what an improvement!
I was really excited to find these and try them, as I am what experts call a 'stressball'. Definitely check the ingredients just in case you're on any medications that don't mix well with ingredients such as St John's Wort, but if you're good to go, you won't be disappointed! I don't really ever expect vitamins and supplements to taste good, unless they are a gummy, so these weren't an exception to that, but that never bothers me and these aren't like some of the huge chalky tabs, they are capsules. I believe capsules go down better! Anyway, you should try these if you're looking for a supplement to help with stress, I noticed improvement rather quickly!

Great to add to daily routine for stress relief!
In the last few years, it has been increasingly important for me to supplement my daily vitamin intake with vitamins, etc because I don;t always get a balanced meal with my work schedule. Adding this supplement to my morning routine was easy. I would take this after a meal, so it absorbs better, especially if you are taking these with other daily vitamins. I have noticed that my mood doesn't dip low midday when I use these and it helps with my stress management throughout the day.

These pills taste and smell really bad!
These pills smell and taste really bad. I've been taking them as directed for 4 days now and can't tell any difference in my everyday life. They leave a really bad after taste in your mouth that you can't get rid of. They were quit expensive also. In my opinion, it's not worth it. They really aggravated my stomach with burning and indigestion. I don't recommend these to anyone who may have prior digestive problems.

Noticed the difference quickly.
This product does what it says. I noticed a difference in my mindset about 30 minutes after taking the pills with water. I became a lot less stressed and more calm. They put me in a zen-like state of relaxation. I really like that it is loaded with Vitamin B and biotin. I also like that there are 60 capsules, so they can last the entire month.
