Cotopaxi - Unisex-Adult Batac 16L Backpack

Ordered as a light on-the-go option for day hikes. I was lucky and ended up with a color scheme that I really loved. I had expected something brighter, but it definitely grew on me and I receive tons of compliments on the bag. Its comfortable for hikes and easily fits anything I need to take with me.The one drawback for me was that there is no port to run a water bladder line. Since the bag advertises a section to store the bladder, I had assumed it also had the hole and the clasps to secure one; it does not. Because I use it for day hikes, I can just throw a water bottle into the bag, but if you want to use a bladder specifically, you'll need to run it out the zipper.

I bought this as a birthday present for my daughter less than 1 month ago. She uses it twice a week to take to her indoor rock climbing class. So she's used it 8 times, and it is already coming apart at the seams. I love the philosophy and values of the company, and my daughter loves the look of the bag we got, but I expected it to hold up better. Very disappointed.

Just got my pack. The dominant exterior colors are more masculine than I would have hoped for but it is replacing a reallly old all black pack so the overall vibrancy is a nice change. Looking forward to using it as my carry on and day pack later this month In Iceland. Hope it’s capacity is as magical as many of the reviews have said.

This thing is awesome! I love that every bag is different. Made of durable fabrics you would find on competing brands such as Osprey, North Face or Patagonia. Took this bag with me on a few camping trips and vacations (nothing too rough) and it has held up nicely. You can find plenty of other bags that will get the job done for cheaper but I really like this one for it's uniqueness. If your getting this for kids they can each have the same quality bag but still be completely different from each other.

When I ordered this through Amazon I was not sure what color I will be getting since It did not have an option to choose and the product’s website offers you a choice to choose or be surprised, but when I got it the product received was the same one on the picture. The bag felt nice, it’s colorful like I want, the straps are sturdy, and it is comfortable to wear. Happy I purchased this bag to take hiking/kayaking.

Very happy with my backpack and I will buy it again. Only concern is you don't know in advance what color backpack you are going to get. I wish you could see the exact picture of back pack you are going to get.

We live in Cotopaxi, Colorado. It's nice to have a Backpack that announces the name of our town--except that the equipment, and the town, were named after a Volcano in Ecuador.

I was very disappointed when I received the bag. The colors were terrible. I was hoping to get bright, vibrant colors. All I got was dark colors. I did return it.
