My cat enjoyed the action of the bird flying and he played with until the bird until he was able to break the bird of the wire. He would even play with this when the bird no longer flew high which that only took a couple of hours for him to bend the bird to low flying. I was disappointed that I couldn't find any replacement birds to buy

Our kitten absolutely loved it for the 10 minutes before she destroyed. We never even got to put batteries in it. She carried the bird in her mouth dragging the flower part around. When we found it the flower was apart with wires showing and she had ripped the bird from the long metal wire connecting it to the flower. It’s good in theory but I think too lightweight to withstand active play.

The bird easily came off while cats were playing with it. The bird actually comes apart if my cats place it in theirmouth to play with it. The material can be eaten by cat--could be harmful.

Make sure you are present with cat during play because this toy is so realistic my cat chewed to shreds and I wasn’t able to find part of it so it’s probably the best toy out there as far as realistic but be in the room watching

The bird is too heavy and it drags on the floor as it spins, kinda lame. This company makes a "flying butterfly" toy that is lighter and functions better IMO.

She doesn't play with it. I don't know why. I think it's a good toy. I bought her other toys & she didn't play with them either. Maybe your kitty will play with it.

My cat LOVED this. It was the only toy he would play with when he was really sick at one point. However, the bird is basically made out of Styrofoam and it wasn't long before it was completely destroyed. Not sure if I would buy again.

cat loves it and acts like a kitten
