Bought this to tape up my boobs for a dress I can’t wear a bra with. It held them up like a dream and didn’t hurt to peel off. Literally amazing.

Worked well! I used this product to secure and lift my breasts so that I could wear a wonderful dress. The tape was comfortable, lasted all night in hot, humid weather, and removed easily with little discomfort.

Used this to tape my breasts up for my wedding dress which was a sharp and a deep V shape...recommend it 100% if you need it for this purpose

I bought this, not for physical therapy purposes, but so I could tape my knockers so they didn’t pop out of my bridesmaids dress. They worked wonderfully!! The other bridesmaids ended up using it too instead of their double sided tape. Just put a bandaid on the nips and tape ‘em up! Stayed put all day and night in 98 degree temps in Mexico even though we were all sweating profusely. Success!

I bought this tape, Rocktape, and KT tape.Compared to Rocktape (the H20 one), Spartan tape is about the same. Its sticks for just as long and is half the price! The quality is the same as Rocktape.Compared to KT tape (the regular pre-cut ones), Spartan stayed on for much longer. I noticed that the KT tape would start to fall off within 24 hour.I have also showered with both the Rocktape and the Spartan tape and they both stay on pretty well when they get wet!Use:For reference, I use this tape for figure skating. I have had stress fractures in my shins in the past, and still have terrible pain due to muscle imbalances. This tape helps relieve my pain! I wear it on and off the ice. I also make sure to stretch out the muscles while on the ice and at home.Tips:Make sure that you DO NOT put this tape on hair. Make sure to SHAVE the area before placing it on your skin. Also, make sure you DO NOT have oils or lotion on your skin because the tape will not stick as long. I use different techniques to tape my leg. I do not really follow the booklet on how to tape your shins. I found that it was not as effective as the other ways i have found online.I hope this helps!

Ok, so this tape is magical. Seriously, there must be some fairy dust or produced by the gods of endurance to work as well as it does. Why do I say this? I just finished a 2700 mile self supported mountain bike race. I had never used this tape but have had issues with one of my knees for years. I've been to orthopedists, physical therapists, etc. Had shots of different substances but never received complete relief.Well, after one day into this race I had ridden 100 miles and my knee was acting up. I decided, what the hell, I'll give this stuff a shot. I taped my knee as stated in the little guide it shipped with and then next day I rode 140 miles...with no pain. I was amazed but thought that maybe it was a placebo effect?? Then I rode the next day, and the next and so forth. 27 day 100+ mile days with no pain. Amazing!I know this sounds like an infomercial but this tape saved my race and I am super happy with it. I could wear it for around 5 days in a row and then had to replace it.I also had some achillies tendon problems during the race and used this tape. It helped a little but no where near what it did for my knee.I picked this brand because, quite frankly, it was less expensive than some of the others and came in a roll...which was nice so that I could cut it to size. I highly recommend this tape.

So far I liked this tape. Once I got it taped right, it stayed on, through showering too, and I felt better the couple times I used it dry. But the second I stepped in to the pool and took a couple steps, it immediately came off. So if you're not using in the pool, this tape is great. However, I'm in the pool almost everyday as it is my only source of cardio so I will not be buyin again. Unfortunate!!**Edit to my original review! I tried two other tapes after this one and wanted to share what I found. After trying KT tape and Physix Gear Tape, I found the Spartan tape feels the best! I will purchase again for my dry days.The Physix Gear tape was ACTUALLY waterproof in the pool and altho a bit stiffer than the Spartan Tape, felt good too. It made it through two pools and an hour of swimming (I'm a swim instructor) before I even noticed it started to peel.The KT Pro tape fell off immediately in the tub, I did not try in the pool. I loved the fact that this one was pre cut, even tho the strips were a bit big for me. They also felt more like plastic fabric than the Physix Gear and Spartan Tape.

I am a pregnant woman and used this one to relief lower back pain.It actually worked at first, but after awhile i got itchy skin. I tried to take it off and it took my skin off too!!! Soooo painful! I’ve got a blister on my belly and backI took a warm bath, put oils on it, took off super slowly, but nothing worked! It was so painful i couldn't even touch it. It took me 3days to take off all the tapes around my body. I am to scared to use this product again!
