This product worked well once I got adjusted for my wife. She was frustrated that she was unable to adjust it.

This cutter is hard to adjust the height. You have to apply so much force to pull the sides in to adjust the strings. I feel like I am going to break the adjustment slide tabs because they get bent everytime. Other than that, it works perfect and love the results of the cuts.

This works well. My only beef is that it is very difficult to adjust. Maybe I'm not strong enough, or I'm doing it wrong, but it takes ages to adjust the height.

I was excited to use this cake lever but it is hard to change the height. I feel like I will break the small blue pulls they give you to change the level. It's hard to get a grip because the handles are so small and the wire is so tight. Once you figure our the height and get it there it cuts well.

Love this product!! Makes trimming and splitting cake layers SO much easier and faster, I will always have one of these going forward

First time use was perfect thought I would mess up but nope it just as perfect as it looks

Hard to get the wire to adjust and really hurts my hands and fingers trying to get it to move. Have to use a knife to start it cause the wire won’t cut through the cake starting out. Over all not worth wasting the money on.

It IS VERY HARD TO CHANGE THE THICKNESS VERY HARD WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
