Cap stuck. No longer useable.
I’ve had it less than a month and the carafe cap became stuck. Righty tighty doesn’t tighten, lefty loosey doesn’t loosen. It spins both ways but won’t come off. All the kings horses and all the kings men couldn’t remove the carafe cap again. This takes a lot of real estate in the fridge. Much taller than I was visualizing in the fridge. The bottom carafe is empty while it’s brewing. Waste of space. I suppose you don’t have to keep it on the carafe while brewing but the bottom drips even with the top air intake plug plugged.Overpriced shoddy design. Looks pretty cool and does do the job. Sucks you can’t open it after a few weeks.

Love the taste- but ….
I love the taste of the coffee. Been using it 5 months now - weekly. And the seals don’t stay- so it leaks while it’s ‘brewing overnight’. I attached a photo to show where

Excellent!
Cant stress this enough how great this is. This is my 10th brew patch. To me, their brewing recipe so much better than tobby's system one, and way more efficient in term or cleaning, filtering, coffee usuage, and taste. All brewing method/tools i tried hard to filter the coffee from water after 24hr.So i usually take this patch thats done and use drip filters like the chemex use to clean the coffee remains in concentrated water. It come out in the end very clean tasty concentrated cold brew. And yes, thank you for making me addicted to coffee way more now

Seals don’t work.
I was really excited about this cold brew maker untill the first time I tried to use it I quickly noticed it leaks. I moved the coffee to another container and took this apart and checked the seals and pressed on them and looked for any gaps or something but I didn’t see anything wrong. I hoped maybes pushing the rubber seals down would help. I put it back together and tried to make sure everything was very tight, and the it still leaked out. Very disappointed. This would be great it it didn’t leak.
