I ‘ve been taking this probiotic for about a month and it has helped my bowel movement a lot! After having a baby#2 I’ve been eating irregularly, sometime too much at once and sometimes too little due to no time, but this helped to make sure I digest well.Also the postpartum hairloss!!!Im not losing as much as I did with my first one!And as well with my skin, the tone of my face seems more even than before!I personally dont like taking vitamins, meds, etc, often just because Im lazy but this keeps me going since I actually see and feel the results!

It was my first time eating Probiotics and I didn't really expect the effects. However, about a week after taking Probiotics every day, going to the bathroom became a very regular thing.And the good thing about this Probiotics is that it tastes good so I can eat it every day. And it's packaged one by one, so it's good to carry around.There is no reason not to eat this Probiotics.I definitly recommend this product!

Personally i do not favor pills or gummiesI bought this powdered prebiotic hoping that it would fulfill my needsFirst of all it tastes yummy and easy to takeIve been taking it for about 2 wksI def feel that my bathroom issues are solved and plus my skin got smoother!Without putting extra moisturizer my skin doesn’t feel dry anymoreI highly recommend this!👍

I got this on the recommendation of a friend and it works. I don't know about the beauty aspect, but the other seem to work. it's kind of uncomfortable to take because it is powder type, but it is individually wrapped, so good to carry.

I have been eating just for 3 days. Feel different! No gas, digest better for me! It is a powder type. You can eat it with water or without water. But personally recommend it with a cup of water!Love it!!
