The depth of knowledge is impressive. Not just armchair theoretical information as you often find in books of this type, he has both deep theory AND practical knowledge that he bridges really well. That is hard to find.

Important Addition to GD Corpus
Mr. Zalewski has given the GD practitioner a solidly developed series of esoteric essays. The essay-chapters present well-wrought associations onto the traditional images, schemes and diagrams from the rituals. The organization of the material appears to be original, although the various pieces belong to the collective Western mystery tradition. Mr. Zalewski's own hard work mining the veins of arcane lore is evident throughout the book, qualities to be appreciated by all occultists.Chapter One: The UniverseChapter Two: The Table of ShewbreadChapter Three: The Order of the HeptagramChapter Four: The Hermetic CrossChapter Five: Golden Dawn Alchemical TeachingsChapter Six: Secret Teachings of the Zelator GradeChapter Seven: Practicus Adeptus MinorChapter Eight: Alchemy and the TarotChapter Nine: The Moon and the TarotChapter Ten: The CaduceusMy one complaint is regarding the poor editing which at times makes the narrative stumble. If this arises from the author or the publisher, I can't know. Doesn't the publisher (Thoth) bear some responsibility for editing? At any rate, the book is well worth it, and I encourage anyone involved in using Golden Dawn correspondences and the system to read the book and soak it up.

A must for the student of the Golden Dawn
This work reveals in a manner that is clear and revealing, the subjects the initiates of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn studied to develop their full potential as spiritual aspirants. The author has penetrated to the core of this system of initiation and explained it in a consise style that is easy to understand. It also reveals material that has not been previously covered in the many books on the G.D. I highly recommend it and the other works by Mr. Zalewski. ---Paul A. Clark, Author of "The Broken Seal" and Steward of the Fraternity of the Hidden Light.

Excellent book -- but understand what the contents are
This book is an excellent collection of commentaries on the various Outer-Order Golden Dawn Grades. It is extremely helpful for the Adept-level practitioner, but should not be thought of as directions, instructions, or "recipies" for Adepts -- instead, it is a collection of guiding principles.

Zalewski è un grande Adepto
Libro bellissimo e pieno di insegnamenti del Secondo Ordine. E' un testo base per chi studia la magia della Golden Dawn, assieme a quelli dei Cicero e di Regardie
