Awesome product!
Bought it for my hubby as an early Father's Day present and he loves it! So much that even though he broke his collar bone a week after owning it, he has recently started riding it again even with the broken collarbone!

It's Okay... Here are a few things to consider....
I bought this board a few weeks back and I loved it when I got it. If you're looking for a cheaper option to a Boosted Board to get you from point A to point B then this board is for you. However, there are a few things to consider. The physical board itself is extremely stiff as it is a maple board. In other words, it doesn't take bumps that well. You won't fall off or anything but it's not exactly the most comfortable ride. The board is actually quite fast but it definitely does not go 22mph. I weigh 160lbs and I clocked it at 17 max on a flat paved road. Also the range is no where near 18-22 miles. I have their upgraded battery and I would say I got about 10 miles (with a few hills in consideration). As I said, I got it a few weeks ago and a couple of days ago one of the motors blew out. The company's customer service is great and they are offering to fix the board at no charge. I just wonder.. If I have only had it for a few weeks and it already broke down then how long could it really last?I bought a Boosted Board V2 last night from my local board shop. If you plan on using the board every day as a daily commute tool then I definitely suggest investing in a Boosted Board. Although the price is high, you have guaranteed quality and the company is always willing to work with you. Koowheel was amazing for the first few weeks till it broke down, but it does not even come close to the quality and design of the Boosted Board. The Boosted Board is also slightly lighter but more importantly easier to carry.

Good board for a month
It was a great board and I liked riding it but it did not last long. I rode my board to class on every day that the roads were dry and I loved it until one day I was riding and the power port completely dropped out of the board got stuck in the back wheels and threw me off. When this happened a few of the wires were severed. I tried to contact Koowheel multiple times about it and had no response. For something this expensive there should be some support.

Avoid this board
Can anyone post customer service email for the seller? Koowheel customer service doesn't answer, btw. Motor has stopped again, this time not taking a charge. Board was just returned after first ride when Bluetooth antenna came loose and controller would not work. Now board won't run. We've used it fewer than 3 hours. $200/hr. Sickening.

Max Speed is really 17mph.
This was almost exactly what I wanted in an electric skateboard. I loved the fact that this has a swappable battery that takes seconds to replace. I also liked how well the board accelerated and brakes. The range of the board was really good for as far as I know. I've only used it for 7 miles but out of those 7 miles it never lost speed or performance. The problems that I had with the board were somewhat minor. My main issue is that its rated as max speed of 25mph at the time of when I bought it (they changed the information to 22mph now) but I was only able to hit a max speed of 17mph and I only weigh 150lbs. The throttle is very sensitive but once you get used to it, it becomes really easy to use. There is no battery meter and you have to rely on the remote to tell you info on battery status and the remote only lets you know if you reached 50% by turning a different color. BTW you should know that my research shows that this board is an unofficial board by the real company Koowheel and was released as a beta. The real board is supposed to be coming out on november 2017. I also found out that it is not supported by koowheel since it's not an official board. The seller Hoverboard was great though and got me a full refund.

Very smooth and stable ride. Acceleration and breaking are also smooth, not jerky. Great beginner board, confidence inspiring. Raptor 2 is on the list for the next one, need for speed.
