Bandai Star Wars AT-ST Snowspeeder Plastic Model

I own a number of the Bandai Star Wars vehicle models, from the mind-bogglingly detailed 1:350 scale Millennium Falcon, to the jaw dropping accuracy of the Perfect Grade Falcon......and this is the first one that has disappointed me.Let me clarify: the models themselves are absolutely gorgeous. Again, Bandai somehow manages to produce a kit in a tiny scale that is more detailed and crisper than models many times the size. It's as though they produce these at a much larger scale and then hit them with a shrink ray before putting them in the box. So that's not the problem.The issue here is that they have decided to include only a sticker kit for the details, rather than actual water-slide decals. For the larger details, such as panel markings, this isn't a big deal as I intend to paint those areas anyway. The problem with with the smaller markings. The entirety of my decal sheet was printed misaligned, making every single sticker on the sheet completely unusable.Given Bandai's otherwise incredible attention to detail and quality control, I'm not sure how a batch of defective sticker sheets made it off the production line. Never the less, it's a disappointing mistake from an otherwise great line of models.

Here is yet another great Mini Bandai Model Kit set featuring a T-47 airspeeder “snowspeeder” and an AT-ST “Chicken Walker” as seen in The Empire Strikes Back. Another simple and fast build with these mini kits, especially the Walker which was only a few pieces and 1 decal. The snowspeeder had far more decals than I had anticipated but they mostly went on easy and look good. Loving these kits, building them and painting them, the end results just turn out so nice and are much nicer than any mass produced toy you could ever get. And these sets retail for about $10, so if you put in a few hours you get a finished product that is better than anything you could go buy. If you want something a little more adult or complex than a Lego set, or like painting and detailing, or are a Star Wars fan, I highly recommend trying some of these mini vehicle kits from Bandai. This model set comes FULLY APPROVED.

These tiny kits are fantastic for small displays, dioramas, and light projects that don’t consume days or weeks of your time. Very good value for the money, but you must put in the detail work to get the most out of them. Bottle-cap displays are perfect for these!

These are very detailed, even though they are very small. As always with Bandai models the for and finish is very good. I have several kits from them, all Star Wars and have nothing but high praise for their products. I have been building models for over 40 years and think that I can tell if something wasn't of high quality, and these are. I bought hoping they would be close to in scale with an old MPC AT-AT that I am redoing from my childhood days. They are pretty close and should look good in a diorama together.If you love Star Wars don't hesitate. Worth every penny!#

It didn't read the description very well and it was smaller than I expected

I got this for my husband...and he loved it! He normally enjoys bigger models, but Bandai does such a great job on the detail that it was a fun challenge for him, not hard, but fun. He ended up placing them in a small scene, something he didn't think of before, instead of just building the models. He also had fun painting, small detail work for weathering. So far, I and my husband, have been very impressed by the detail that Bandai puts into their bigger and small models.

An awesome kit. Just very tiny, and the decals are hard to place. Just going to have to paint them on.

Had a wonderful time assembling them. Easy to follow and once assembled, the scale is quite accurate.

Quality product but overpriced.
