NuTone 5901A000 Fan Blower Wheel Assembly

Q: does this include the small metal rectangular holder that holds the fan and the motor together

No, its just the "squirrel cage" plastic blower like the picture. There is a small metal band around the hole that reinforces the plastic around the hole in that critical connection to the motor. We had to replace the old blower because the hole had gotten too large. It was a cheap and simple fix.

Q: Does the blower come with the push nut to fasten it to the shaft?

I just pushed the blower onto the shaft and it is working fine since. Don't really know about push nut - maybe so.
