THANK YOU to the people who made this possible! I waited over a month after purchasing this unit to write my review, and I am very happy to report that this unit is SUPER! It was an exact replacement for my many-years-old QT110N motor that had gone bad. This unit works perfectly and even seems to be quieter than the original I had! Perfect fit, easy installation. A++.

Worked well and fit perfect into the old housing

Replaced a 20+ year old fan with an equivalent from the same vendor. The assembly fit directly into the housing with no difficulty. The fan is not super quiet, but makes less noise than the older unit (the motor had seized after being out of alignment for some months).

Everything works perfectly and the installation was easy(less than 15”). My issue is the vendor shows a Braun/Nutone motor label and it is not the label on the product that arrived.

The motor is a perfect fit. it is so quiet and the motor is very strong. Huge difference vs the old part. easy to install and the grounding wire can be attached to one of the 3 mounting screws. Definitely glad i purchased this instead of buying a whole new fan

Litte bit ork to install on 14 years fan housing but works good 👍

I am not a DIY person -- all thumbs and no skills. Despite all that, this was so quick and easy to install. I did it! Loosen 3 screws and slide to remove the housing the fan and motor are attached to. Unplug, take it down and undo 3 screws to remove old fan and motor assembly. Mount the new one, plug in, slide housing back in place and tighten those first 3 screws. It really was that simple. It took longer to clean the built up dust in the housing and vent cover than it did to remove old and install new unit. Better air flow and runs so much quieter. Shipping was prompt and new unit I received does have BROAN - NUTONE label.

The motor assembly fit perfectly in my Nutone QT100 L housing. The fan works well and is very quiet.

SO FAR ITS A PERFECT FIT FOR MY OLD NUTONE BATHROOM FAN MOTOR FAN.HOW LONG IT KEEPS GOING IS UP TO THE GODS I GUESS?i THINK DURING THE WINTER IF THE OUT DOOR FLAP FREEZES THERES NO SENSE TURNING ON THE FAN.THE MOTOR WILL TRY TO PUSH THE AIR AND OVER POWER THE FAN WHICH IS A FLIMSY CONNECTION THE MOTOR SHAFT WILL JUST SPIN.THEN YOU WILL KNOW LONGER HAVE A OPERATING FAN.THE NUTONE DESIGN OF THE FAN AND MOTOR CONNECTION IS FLAWED FROM ORIGINAL DESIGN OK FOR WARM COUNTRIES NOT NORTHERN ICE AND COLD ONESTHE BEST THING IS TO REPLACE THE WHOLE UNIT WITH A PANASONIC OR QUALITY UNIT UNFORTUNATE IT MEANS RIPPING OR IF POSSIBLE GO UP IN TH ATTIC A LOT OF WORK NO MATTER WHAT BUT WORTH RESULTS. IMO
