Helps a lot in that it seems to provide a barrier to hold in moisture. My feet especially showed signs of improvement after one use. I don't really get the cleanser other than the fact that the company provides literature that advises against hot water and harsh cleansers. I will continue to use the cleanser and moisturizer since it seems to be helping.

Works great. I suffer from a severe rash just above my ankle that goes 6-8 inches up I've been to a number of VA and civilian Dr's to include several dermatologists they've prescribed so many lotions , salves and ointments I can't keep count and none of them has helped much. I've bought and tried so many over the counter products I could've bought a decent sized boat with the money I've wasted. A few things have worked for short periods but nothing has cleared it up I read everything I could find on this system and decided it couldn't hurt so I got it. I've been using this system for about a month and am pretty excited about the difference it's making so far it's working better than anything I've tried. When I first started using this I wasn't sure about it the soap seemed a little thin but it has lasted a long time even using it twice a day the lotion is thicker but both go on very smooth and soothing the scent isn't bad it's a little sweet smelling but it isn't very strong it's something men can use without worrying about smelling to feminine I'm a retired warehouse manager and disabled vet and I use it regularly besides if the dry rough area is bad enough I'll use what works. I would and probably will buy this again if it works on something as severe as what I have it will work wonders on more minor rashes and dry skin patches.
