This is an update to my earlier post. They gave me a full refund. I was impressed with their professional manner of emails and the response.I gave four stars because I did have the issues with the cartridges.Their customer service is very good.=====================================================================I used these and discovered the print quality required me to increase the color on the document by several times original settings.They also do not "stick" to the business card stock th way the original Brother initial toner did. I have other non-manufactured toners, and they worked the same as the name brand.I will not buy these again.

Does as advertised…

I've been very pleased with the print quality of this set of toner for my Brother printer. The Brother version is hundreds of dollars more and doesn't add enough benefit for my purposes to justify the cost. I will purchase again.

At first did not think this brand would truly work well for a brother replacement. We missed the part about sliding orange tab back over to left side to finalize installation. Contacted the company and left a vm for assistance but did not hear back. We finally figured it out.

I'm always a little skeptical of using non-OEM print cartridges, but these have worked just fine and are much cheaper than the Brother branded option

Good company and good ink cartridges. Had problem with one cartridge company replaced it quickly and without and issues. Highly recommend
